Concentration of iron and protein makes it ideal - Spirulina Capsules

What is Spirulina, you ask?

Spirulina, a microalgae (cyanbacteria), is a high-protein powder. It's a good source for antioxidants, B vitamins, and other nutrients. It can be found in freshwater lakes and other exotic areas like Hawaii. It is one of our oldest living organisms. It is mostly composed Spirulina Capsules of protein and iron.

Additionally, the high concentration of iron and protein makes it ideal for consumption during pregnancy or after surgery.

A single teaspoon (7 grams) of dried Spirulina powder has the following contents:

  • Protein: 4 grams.

  • Vitamin B1 (Thiamin), 1% of the RDA

  • Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), 15% off the RDA

  • Vitamin B3 or Niacin: 4%

  • Copper: 21% RDA

  • Iron: 11% RDA

  • It contains good amounts of magnesium, potassium, manganese, and small amounts almost all other nutrients that we require.

Spirulina Benefits

1.Accelerates Weight Loss

High-protein diets like Spirulina Capsules can help you lose weight and increase your low-fat stores. Consuming protein helps preserve lean tissue, and it also increases fat consuming, since it requires more energy to use.

It is also known to control appetite. Overweight people seem to benefit the most from this. You can increase this benefit by having your high protein spirulina eaten early in the morning or during lunchtime snacks, rather than at night.

2. Detox Heavy Metals

Spirulina can bind with heavy metals and detoxify the body by eliminating them.

It's also very high in Chlorophyll. This is what helps remove poisons from the bloodstream and improve immunity. An investigation showed that 500mg of Spirulina Capsules per day, when combined with zinc supplementation, was enough to reduce arsenic poisonous levels significantly. Millions of people in Bangladesh (India, Taiwan, Chile) are drinking high amounts of arsenic-containing water. Many have already developed chronic arsenic poisoning.

Further research has suggested that it may combine with radioactive isotopes, making it useful for radiation treatment.

3. Reduces blood pressure

Researchers discovered that phytocyanin, a color in the spirulina has antihypertensive properties (it lowers blood pressure and reduces vein strain). Japanese specialists claim that this is due to the fact that blue-green algae has been shown to reverse metabolic disorders and endothelial dysfunction.

This is a good sign, given the fact that metabolic disease has quickly become a primary cause of preventable ailment, since it increases one's risk of creating diabetes, coronary illness, stroke, and other serious illnesses.

4. Cholesterol drops

Similar results have been reported for Spirulina Capsules, which has also been shown to decrease blood cholesterol and prevent atherosclerosis.

The Journal of Nutritional Science and Vitaminology published a study that involved rabbits. They were fed a diet high in cholesterol (HCD) with 0.5% cholesterol for one month and then given another HCD with 1% to 5% spirulina. This was for a total of two months.

LDL levels dropped by 26% in specimens who ate 1% of spirulina after the eight-week trial. They fell by 41% in those who ate 5%. This strongly suggests that we should eat more spirulina to reap the benefits. Also, serum cholesterol and aggregate cholesterol decreased.

5. Allergic Rhinitis is improved

The symptoms of allergic rhinitis are characterized as inflammation in the nasal airways.

It's activated when there are any ecological allergens like dust, hair of animals, or pollen.

Spirulina is an alternative treatment for hypersensitive symptoms of rhinitis. There is strong evidence to support its effectiveness.

Two grams of honey per day was found to significantly reduce symptoms such as nasal release, sniffling and nasal blockage in 127 patients with hypersensitive rhinoitis.
